Prices and VAT
The displayed tax information depends on the country of delivery, customer type, and product. For eligible photovoltaic products, a zero tax rate may apply to private customers in Germany; business customers see the gross price including 19% VAT.
For deliveries abroad, private customers will see an estimated gross price including the VAT of the delivery country. Business customers will see an estimated net price, provided a valid VAT ID number is confirmed at checkout. The final tax calculation is performed at checkout; for mixed shopping carts, it may vary per item.
Shipping costs
Mini Power Smart Shipping calculates the shipping method and costs based on the delivery country, item type, weight relevant for transport, and the composition of the shopping cart. The amounts apply per shopping cart; the shipping rate displayed at checkout is binding.

Solar panels: Outside of Germany, the flat rate of €79,00 replaces the standard or shipping rate; it is not added to the standard rate. Within Germany, a designated solar panel set can include an additional single panel in the shipping process.
Shipping from a remote warehouse does not change the shipping costs; the decisive factors remain the type of item, weight, delivery country and shopping cart.
Which countries are available for delivery to an item may vary depending on the product. The availability of the entire shopping cart will be checked at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
The delivery time is calculated based on the selected option and delivery country. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

Pre-orders: "Shipping from DD.MM.YYYY" refers to the planned start of shipping, not the guaranteed delivery date. The transit time determined for the item and delivery country then applies.
Mixed shopping baskets: For combined shipments, the item with the longest delivery time or the latest valid pre-order date will be decisive. Shipping method and costs will be recalculated for the entire shopping cart.
If a delivery country is not enabled for at least one item, or if a reliable shipping rate cannot be determined, no shipping rate will be offered at checkout.
Payment
Depending on the delivery country, device, and order, Visa, Mastercard/Maestro, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay may be offered at checkout. Only the payment methods displayed at checkout are binding.
If bank transfer is available for the order, the advertised 3% discount will only be applied to the invoice after the order has been placed; the price displayed in the shop does not yet include this discount. The delivery address, shipping method, tax status, and total amount will be summarized at checkout before purchase.
