    Is the Smart Plug compatible with E1600 devices?

    Not currently. Compatibility is limited exclusively to the Solarbank 2 & 3 series.

    Is there a public API for the Smart Plug?

    There is currently no public API available.

    What is the maximum charging capacity of the smart plug?

    The maximum charging power is 2500 watts.

    How much electricity does a single socket consume?

    The power consumption is less than 2 watts.

    What is the maximum number of smart plugs that can be connected at the same time?

    Up to five Smart Plugs can be operated in parallel.

    Is it possible to use a smart meter and a smart plug at the same time?

    Yes, simultaneous use is possible. However, the control of the charging and discharging processes depends on the selected operating mode. In self-consumption mode, the smart meter takes over control of the solar bank.

    How accurately does the Smart Plug measure?

    In the range from 2 to 100 watts, the measurement error is a maximum of 2 watts. For power levels above 100 watts, the error is approximately 2%.
