The following conditions apply:
Delivery is only available within Germany. Shipping costs include statutory VAT, except for items with 0% VAT according to § 12 para. 3 UStG (Germany). Shipping costs include statutory VAT.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 3-5 days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
For self-collection, you book an appointment via our "Appointment Bookings" category. As soon as the date approaches and the appointment has been confirmed, we will send the goods to the desired collection location.

Parcel Shipping
Shipping is done in 30kg increments – this means that we calculate shipping costs based on the total weight of your order in 30kg units.
Important hints:
- Only products weighing a maximum of 30 kg per unit can be shipped via parcel service.
- For heavier individual products (over 30 kg), we use other shipping methods.
