We deliver to Germany, Austria, and other member states of the European Union, provided the desired delivery country can be selected at checkout. The shipping methods available for an order depend primarily on the delivery address, product, weight, shipping restrictions, and the responsible shipping warehouse.
Shipping costs
The available shipping methods and associated shipping costs for your order will be calculated after you enter your delivery address at checkout and displayed in full before you submit your order. The total amount shown there is the binding amount. For heavy, bulky, or hazardous goods, freight forwarding or special transport may be required instead of parcel shipping.
Delivery time
The specific delivery time depends on the ordered product, its stock and shipping warehouse, the delivery country, and the available shipping method. The delivery time window relevant to your order is determined by our Smart Shipping system based on this information and displayed on the product page, in the shopping cart, or at checkout.
Delivery times stated in working days refer to Monday to Friday. Public holidays at the shipping or receiving location may extend the delivery time.
If an order contains items with different delivery times, the combined delivery will generally be based on the item with the longest displayed delivery time window. Where technically and economically feasible, we may make partial deliveries. Consumers will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Pre-orders and announced availability
For products marked as pre-order, the expected shipping start date is taken from the current availability date for the product and displayed in the offer or during the ordering process. This date is the forecast available at the time of ordering. If the confirmed availability changes significantly, we will inform you immediately; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
When ordering several pre-order and stock items together, the latest displayed availability date generally applies, unless partial delivery is planned.
Self pickup
Self-collection is possible after confirmation of readiness at the confirmed collection point. No appointment is necessary between 10:00 and 15:00; a prior appointment is required between 15:00 and 18:00.
Batteries, heavy and bulky goods
Batteries, battery storage systems, and certain heavy or bulky products are subject to special transport and safety regulations. The available shipping method is therefore determined based on the product and address. For safety or capacity reasons, multiple items may be delivered in separate shipments.
Prices, sales tax and payment
The checkout process displays the total price applicable to the delivery address, including the taxes and shipping costs shown there. Any applicable VAT regulations, in particular according to Section 12 Paragraph 3 of the German VAT Act (UStG), are taken into account during the ordering process in accordance with the legal requirements.
Only the payment methods currently available for your delivery address and order will be displayed at checkout. Availability, authorization, and any necessary credit checks are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider. The payment method and the full amount due will be displayed before you submit your order.
Shipping confirmation and shipment tracking
As soon as a shipment has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, provided this is available for your chosen shipping method. For partial deliveries, you may receive multiple shipping confirmations and tracking numbers.
