How fast can she Anker Can the SOLIX C1000X power station be charged via AC?

The power station charges at 1000W in standard mode and reaches 0-100% in approximately 90 minutes. With UltraFast charging (1300W), the charging time is reduced to just 58 minutes.

Which solar panels are compatible with the C1000X?

The solar input supports 11–60V via an XT-60 connector. At 11–32V, it supports up to 10A, and at 32–60V, up to 12,5A. Recommended Anker Solar panels (200W or 400W) for optimal performance.

Can I use the AC and DC inputs simultaneously for charging?

No. If AC and DC are connected simultaneously, AC takes priority. Once AC charging is complete, the power station automatically switches to DC charging.

Do the USB-C ports also support charging the power station?

No. Both USB-C ports are exclusively for output and do not support input charging.

How do I activate the SurgePad™ function?

SurgePad™ activates automatically once the total power exceeds the 1800W rated power. This feature is particularly suitable for heat generators, but does not support precision devices with strict voltage protection.

How do I use the Ankerapp with the C1000 Powerstation?

First, connect the power station to a network. Afterwards, it can be controlled via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi – even without an internet connection, once it has been paired.

How should I Anker How to store and maintain SOLIX C1000X?

Turn the power station off completely, store it in a dry, cool place, and check the battery level weekly. If it drops below 30%, charge it to 100%. A full charge every 3 months is recommended.

Why isn't my device charging via the car's 12V socket?

First, plug in the car charging cable and then activate the car charging mode on the power station. An incorrect sequence can activate the overcharge protection.
