In order to be able to determine the correct polarity (PV+; PV-), a string resistance or impedance measurement must be carried out.

As described in the data sheet, at least the following number of optimizers must be installed in a fully optimized system:
- 3-10KTL-M1, 12-13KTL-M2: 6x SUN2000-450W-P

Are Huawei Optimizers compatible with Smartlogger 3000?
No.
Statement:
The Smartlogger3000 cannot currently communicate with the performance optimizers.
How do I create a physical layout of my PV system with power optimizers Huawei PV Optimizer 450W?
A physical layout can be created by pasting, photographing and then uploading the included physical template layout to the FusionSolar portal.

How quickly do Huawei optimizers turn off once the AC side is turned off?
The optimizers switch off within 0,5s as soon as the AC side is switched off.
Power optimizers SUN2000-450W-P2 are not recognized.
There is either a problem with your string, in the form of PV plugs that are not plugged together properly, or the inverter requires an MBUS update.

If the optimizers are still not found, please contact Huawei Support. Please also make sure that your inverter is suitable for optimisers.

Please make sure there is no reverse polarity of the strands.
In order to determine the correct polarity reversal of optimized strands, a resistance or impedance measurement must be carried out. To do this, the resistance must be measured in both directions.
The measuring direction with the higher measured resistance is automatically the correct reverse polarity (+ pole from the measuring device = PV+ on the inverter).
Each 450W-P optimizer has an internal resistance of 1kOhm (+-10%). As an example, 10kOhm (+-10%) is measured in a string with 10 optimizers.
Note:
Reverse polarity of a PV string on the inverter means that the optimizers are not activated. Alarms with ID 2011 and/or 2012 are most likely to be displayed. Please correct the plug-in direction.
