How does off-grid mode work?

As soon as the off-grid power strip is connected to the Hyper 2000, it automatically switches to off-grid mode. This ensures that important devices are reliably supplied with power even during a power outage.

What off-grid modes are there?

Two modes are available:
Regular mode: Hyper 2000 remains active even in standby mode so that it is always ready for use.
Eco Mode: Reduces standby power consumption by automatically shutting down the Hyper 2000 after two hours. Pressing and holding the button for two seconds reactivates the system.

Can I use the off-grid power strip with the Zendure-Control app?

Yes, you can connect the power strip to the wall via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Zendure-App monitor and control.

Is the off-grid power strip weatherproof?

No, it is not waterproof. Please avoid using it in rain, high humidity, or other wet environments.

Can Hyper 2000 be operated both on and off-grid?

No, Hyper 2000 can only be operated in one mode at a time – either grid-connected or off-grid.
