Batteries must not be disconnected during charging or discharging. Metal contacts should not be touched and, if necessary, cleaned only with a dry cloth. Only the supplied brackets and screws should be used for secure mounting to ensure stability and safety.

The Zendure SolarFlow 800 Plus automatically and dynamically controls the charging and discharging power of the connected batteries. Both the current household load and the available solar energy yields are continuously taken into account to ensure efficient and sustainable energy use.

Can the main device of the Zendure Can the SolarFlow 800 Plus be connected directly to the battery via cable?

No. The connection between the main unit and the extension batteries is made exclusively via the designated stacking coupling (docking or stacking system) at the upper and lower interfaces. A direct cable connection is not possible.

The nominal capacity of 1.920 Wh refers to the DC-side energy of the battery cells. However, many measuring devices measure the energy on the AC side. This results in conversion losses, a small amount of the system's own power consumption, and a safety reserve that the BMS maintains to protect the battery and extend its lifespan. Additionally, charging and discharging power, as well as ambient temperature, influence the BMS's behavior. At low temperatures or high power levels, the system may limit charging or discharging earlier. The efficiency of up to 96% specified refers to the PV/DC side and not to the AC-side measurable battery capacity.
