Consumers have a thirty-day right of withdrawal.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items, complete and unused*, within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you request a refund 1 hour after placing your order and before delivery (1,8% for credit card users, 3,0% for PayPal users, 3,0% for Klarna users).

Please accept the package firstly when your order has been shipped and you want to return it. Please note that a double shipping fee may be deducted from the original payment if you refuse acceptance. In this case, shipping costs will be calculated as follows.

Other EU countries: 1,5 Euro per kilogram + 15 Euro
